Clearing 101: Your How-To Guide with Extra Tips

One tip I forgot to mention though, never forget to be a trail option when defenders are clearing. If you pass the ball off to a defender and they get swarmed, they can pass back to you in or out of the crease since it will be considered "played". Don't be afraid to take it back to the crease if they do pass it back when you're outside, this will give you 10 more free protected seconds.
