Solution 1

Through a holistic lens, I work with athletes to improve their game from the inside - out. Training with me occurs virtually and/or in-person weekly to maximize consistent progress. Through virtual sessions, we’ll develop lacrosse IQ, mental performance skills, nutrition strategy, and goal setting. The long-term development of athletes will always be in mind, as at times virtual sessions will be warranted when athletes have a particularly busy week or season. In-person sessions allow us to get quality reps physically and technically, and are done at any open field near you. Each session is designed to meet the athletes where they are at and what their needs and goals are. In-person sessions take place within a 40-mile radius of Catonsville, MD. Although much of my work is for athletes, I also aid parents in the development and recruiting journey, helping to provide perspectives through my experiences to support best possible outcomes for their children. Solution 2

Given the nature of athletes schedules today, finding consistency is hard. Additionally, I’ve realized through many conversations with families, that some aren’t ready to take the plunge into the holistic work or have other coaches working with them on different aspects of their game. Again, my goal is to meet athletes and families needs where they are. I have various options to make training with me work for anyone!
