Everything You Need to Know About Saving Low Shots

Okay, so if you're not following me on Instagram you may have missed the memo. Today until Thursday I'll be posting blogs every day! I'm heading out to California Thursday evening to join the cool kids at Coachella until Monday. I love hustling and working hard, but sometimes you have to take a break, relax and have some fun. Life is all about balance! 

So let's get to it! First, watch this video.

Key here is to get your top to the ball and try to meet the ball as it's hitting the ground or before. You can practice this technique doing this drill on your own, over and over again. It's not fun, but get some headphones and you can make it as fun as you want!

To get faster, and stronger I would try getting your hand to the ball, then move to using a field stick, and then go to the real stick. The only way to get better is through constant reps so go get it!!
